Riya is a second-year Master of Speech Pathology student. She has a strong interest in working with preschool and school-aged children who experience speech, language, and literacy difficulties. She is particularly interested in language development and supporting children’s communication and learning. Riya also has a growing interest in adult neurological communication disorders, including aphasia, and how changes in language, cognition, and memory impact everyday communication.
